Our Services

Have your hydraulic pump or motor inspected by our experts — completely free of charge and with no obligation. We provide an accurate diagnosis, clear recommendations, and an overview of possible repairs — the decision is entirely up to you.

Exchange Program

For years, we’ve been perfecting our rebuilding techniques to meet the rigorous demands of the mining and construction industries. The result: reliable, high-performance reconditioned units — often more efficient than brand-new products.

Proven Technical Expertise

Upon receipt of a purchase order for this purpose, a remanufactured component under our Exchange Program will be shipped, as outlined in our written quotation. The buyer will be invoiced for the cost of the remanufactured unit, along with a Core Deposit to ensure the return of the used unit to our facility. Upon receipt of the core, if it meets our return criteria, a full or partial refund will be issued to the buyer accordingly.

We have our own technical service department for:

  • Production drawings
  • Manufacturing processes and documentation
  • Chemical and metallurgical analyses
  • Equipment and tooling procurement

Proven Technical Expertise

Some accessories — such as adapter plates, electrical components, fittings, and hydraulic hoses — that appear in the dealer’s parts manual as part of the assembled unit may not be included with our remanufactured units sold through the exchange program. Pressure, position, and tachometer sensors are also not included. We recommend waiting until you have received and fully installed the remanufactured unit before returning your old core to our facility. Our facilities include in-house designed test benches — up to 500 hp — ensuring optimal performance at every stage.

Repair Service

If a core is not available, or if a pump or motor only requires minor reconditioning, we will be happy to provide a repair quote for your unit.

Parts Restoration Service

All relevant surfaces are carefully lapped to ensure precision and proper sealing. This process is controlled to prevent porous or softer parts from being affected by ultra-fine lapping compounds. Heat treatment of components such as valve plates and cylinder heads is redone in accordance with original professional standards.

Contact Us

We have the expertise to rebuild most major pump and motor components:

The concave or convex surfaces of cylinder blocks, valve plates, and valve discs
The sliding surfaces of flow divider heads and valve discs found in various volumetric units
Most cradles and rocker arms
Servo pistons and their corresponding housings
All flat surfaces found on thrust plates, retainer plates, and piston sleeves

Reception and Initial Inspection

Upon receiving the unit, our experts carry out a full inspection to assess the condition of its components. This allows us to identify worn or damaged parts that need to be replaced.

Complete Disassembly

Each pump or motor is completely disassembled. This allows for thorough cleaning of all parts and the identification of any signs of fatigue or structural damage.

Cleaning and Descaling

All parts are meticulously cleaned, often using ultrasonic baths or sandblasting, to remove dirt, rust, and oil residues — ensuring a clean and solid foundation for reassembly.

Replacement of Worn Parts

Defective or excessively worn components are replaced with new, high-quality parts. This includes seals, bearings, valves, and other critical elements essential to the proper functioning of the unit.

Assembly and Reassembly

After the parts are replaced, the unit is reassembled with precision, following the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure optimal performance.

Rigorous Bench Testing

Once reassembled, each pump and motor undergoes a series of rigorous bench tests. These tests validate flow rate, pressure, and sealing to ensure the unit performs like new.

Final Quality Control

After testing, a final inspection is performed to ensure that every component is perfectly fitted and that the unit meets the required performance standards.

Packaging and Shipping

Once approved, the unit is carefully packaged to protect it from any damage during transport and prepared for prompt shipment to our customer.
